COVID-19 Safety Protocols for In-Person Meetings at Integrated Building Systems

Integrated Building Systems continues to follow CDC guidelines. The article below reflected our firm’s policies as of March 2021, which have since changed.
Our team now is conducting in-person meetings at our office. Masks are required (and will be provided) for unvaccinated guests to our office.

Integrated Building Systems is again scheduling in-person meetings in conference rooms large enough to permit social distancing. We will continue to hold all other meetings by telephone or video conference.
Guidelines for safe in-person meetings at our office
Your safety and comfort are important to us.
Before you visit our offices, we ask you to do all of the following:
Take your temperature before coming to the office. Please reschedule your appointment if your temperature is 100⁰F or higher.
Bring your own mask.
We will wear a mask for you.
Wash or sanitize your hands before entering the office. A hand sanitizing station will be in the main entry.
Wait two weeks before coming to the office if you have traveled out of state.
Before you visit our offices, we will do the following:
Disinfect the touch points, including door handles, chair arms, tabletops.
Take our temperature.
Wash/sanitize our hands.
Upon arriving at our office:
Please check in with our receptionist at a social distance (6 feet).
You will be shown immediately to a conference room at a social distance.
We will refrain from shaking hands.
We will maintain a social distance.
We will wear a mask.
We will not serve food or drinks.
After you leave our office, we will:
Wash/sanitize our hands.
Disinfect the touch points.
Allow at least 30 minutes until the next meeting.
